I was with a party of five and had some of the most outstanding service I’ve ever had! Servers were attentive and checked up on us frequently. Highly recommend adding on the dinner menu for all you can eat! Definitely worth it. We will be back again! Only have a picture of the first couple of meats we ordered because we were all hungry and couldn’t wait. Everything was good!

I have been to one in LA area, but I like this place much better. Music was less loud and waitress and managers made frequent stops at table and changed the grill nets, refilling banchan dishes.

I have lived in Seattle for over 20 years. It's sad to say that Seattle doesn't have a lot of awesome restaurants. I never experienced a great or even an awesome restaurant, until now. The food at Gen Korean BBQ House was excellent. Top-notch fresh food, with many varieties, with friendly staff, and their beautiful decorative designs made the atmosphere amazing. But what made my first experience worth it? It's the amazing service that my wife and I received from our server, Han. Han was so helpful and professional in assisting us with our choices. She didn't have us waiting a long time as most servers do. She was excellent and knowledgeable. She is by far the best server in Seattle! Mahalo Han and Gen Korean BBQ House for a beautiful dinner. You made our experience priceless.

Great place! I recently visited Gen with my family for my birthday dinner and everything went well, the moment we walked in we got a table which was very convenient considering we were a party of 5 and most people don’t let you in that quickly however, the costumer service is amazing, the bathrooms are very clean, the music is great, and the waitresses are very patient, sweet and welcoming which made the experience even better. (We had Sam and he was awesome, very attentive and friendly. ) be that as it may, the food was good like the red rice for example, was DELICIOUS. if I had the chance I would’ve thrown the entire plate down my throat! just joking lol but it is expensive, our total came up to 300 which was surprising but other than that I’d recommend it! 3

I ate too fast to take a picture but this place is really good. Their mango mocktail was my drink of choice and I wasn’t disappointed. All that being said, the star of the show was Matthew. He was super friendly and patient, naturally without trying. Even seeing him interact with other customers you can see he cares about what he’s doing. Great work ethic. He deserves recognition :)

Having experienced Gen KBBQ at their LA and Hawaii locations, I knew what to expect when I visited again recently. At 35 per person for all-you-can-eat, it's hard to beat the value, especially with the wide variety of meats available. This time some cuts I ordered were kalbi, brisket, pork belly, jowl, and my personal favorite—beef belly. No matter the flavor, the beef belly never disappoints. The cheese katsu was surprisingly good. Despite the restaurant being busy, our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The wait time was also relatively short, and if you do have to wait, the surrounding mall offers plenty to explore. Overall, Gen KBBQ remains one of my top choices for Korean BBQ, combining great prices with quality meats, service and the blue vibes haha.

We came in with a big party and our server Jeff was absolutely great in handling us! Service was attentive & he had great recommendations (soy honey beef belly is wonderful, thank you Jeff!!). He even advised us that we may get fuller quicker than we think so we didn’t get charged for extra plates. Food quality and selection were great as well, worth the price :)

Jeff was our server My boyfriend and I went out on a last minute date night tonight. We were seated fast and Jeff was over quickly to take our orders. He was a great server, he was professional but also fun. One of the first things he asked is if we had been to the restaurant before. My boyfriend had been, but it was my first visit so I was a bit nervous. He did a great job at explaining how everything worked, and had great recommendations. The bussers took our empty plates right away, and a manager came to check in the make sure everything was great. The food and drinks were very tasty. I hope next time we visit Jeff is our server again! (And he should get a raise because his service is A) Thank you again!
